Sound for TV & Film
3 Days: Friday - Sunday

This introductory course will cover the fundamentals of sound recording. The participants will learn the principles and practices of sound recording and cover the following topics: digital and analogue techniques; using a mixer; boom swinging; the relationship between camera operator, sound recordist and boom operator; advice on microphones; and setting up a sound mixer on a Sony Z1.

Please note there is a maximum of 8 students per class so book early.
