Commissioned as part of the 'Made in Temple Bar' Filmmaking Competition this summer, Filmbase and Temple Bar Cultural Trust (TBCT) are delighted to present four new short films inspired by the spirit of Temple Bar!
The four short films below have been shot, edited and uploaded in the space of just five weeks! Make sure to check out all the films and feel free to share your favourite(s) with your friends and family!
Filmbase will also be hosting a special free seminar series on the evening of Thursday 21st of July as part of the Made in Temple Bar festival. This session entitled 'Beyond TV' will highlight developments, trends and opportunities for filmmakers in maximising the impact of their online films. Filmbase and TBCT are delighted to be collaborating on this opportunity for filmmakers as part of their anniversary celebrations. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Temple Bar's regeneration as Dublin's Cultural Quarter and the 25th anniversary for Filmbase as the largest resource centre for emerging filmmakers in Ireland.
The Made in Temple Bar festival takes place from July 15th - 24th and will celebrate all of the things that make Temple Bar so special for Irish people and visitors to the area.
